Safe Delivery

Safe delivery of your load is only one component of our job. Mitigation of your liability is our top priority. The motoring public is (at best) complacent and impatient when driving, a dangerous combination.  Our team is skilled in risk analysis and minimizing these issues through reoccurring training.  Pre-trip job safety analysis and continued vigilance assures a safe delivery and limits your liability. Every task we engage in during your move is documented for your protection.

How We Work

When you contract with us you will supply a copy of your state permits, load details, delivery location, and any additional instructions -- we do the rest. First we review the permit routes and develop a GPS turn-by-turn tracking map. This map shows curfew areas, applicable truck stops and Safe Havens to secure the load along the route when needed. When a route survey is performed, data such as width, height, railroad crossings, turn radiuses, and other possible issues and obstacles are noted.  This map route is then loaded into the computer in our Pilot truck. . During the move a real time audio/video digital recording with GPS and time stamp of both the load and inside pilot truck is available when requested. Next a pre-trip meeting is held with the load driver, where the permit measurements are verified. Route familiarization and communications are discussed. Recommended safety checks are coordinated and any DOT driver issues are gone over. Curfew requirements and efficient travel schedules are compiled to minimize delays. There is a post trip meeting each day to discuss any changes or challenges during that days progress. These details are documented and signed off on by all participants with copies available for your records. Upon delivery at the destination a final post trip inspection and synopsis is completed and made available to you.
